There is an only US$0.99/1K stitch if you could provide us 50 designs every day.The lowest

3.What digitized software do you use?
We mostly use Tajima, Wilcom, Richpeace and so on.
4.How many digitizers and customer service working in your company?
At present, there are 12 digitizers and 4 customer service in our company.
5.Do you provide stitches estimate service?
Sure. And it is free. Please inform us that you need to quote first before we digitize the file.
And we will estimate the probable stitches of the orders for you and then wait your
instruction of going ahead with the orders.
6.Do you run swatches of the logos before you send us the file?
We sew out a sample maybe even twice till we are convinced of its smooth run on the
machine before sending any digitized file to our customers. And we will scan and attach
the sew out together with the digitized files when turnaround to you.
7.How could I send my orders?
What you need to do is just scanning your artworks and send them to us via email,
synchronously informing us the size, colors and any requirement of the logos would be done.
Also, you ship out your artworks via express and inform us by email.
8.How could I follow up my orders?
Email us for the status of your orders. Also, you could follow up your orders via our instant

ASAP. 24 hours available.
9.How do I pay for my designs?
We accept PayPal, Visa. You can also write us your preferable method. For ordinal
customers, they could pay per month after we complete one month jobs for them. For
new customers, during the first month, they pay each order after we turnaround the
orders. Our accountant will send you the billing for you to check and then inform
you to pay if there is no problem with the billing.
